My name is David Navas, and I am writing to formally escalate a recurring product defect that I have experienced with multiple pairs of your black running shoes.
This is now the second pair that has failed in the exact same manner: the upper mesh tears in the same location despite normal use and without any misuse. At this point, this cannot be considered an isolated incident.
Furthermore, I have become aware of similar cases from other users, including a close family member, who experienced the same defect in black On shoes. This raises serious concerns about a potential design, material, or manufacturing flaw affecting this specific product variation.
As a long-standing and loyal customer of On Running currently owning more than six pairs across different models, I find this situation both disappointing and concerning. None of my other On products have shown this issue, which further highlights a clear inconsistency in quality control.

Could not understand the reps, very difficult accent. Unable to come up with any logical solutions to fix the issue.
Didn’t even pursue the issue or ask someone else to help solve. I said I paid $150 I don’t expect them to click when I walk. No why’s or solutions.
Told me to have a nice day. I’m hoping someone with the company listens to the recording and cares about customer satisfaction.

I hope youre doing well. Im contacting you because I recently purchased a pair of On Cloud shoes, and after wearing them for the very first time, they developed blue discoloration on several areas of the upper fabric.
Unfortunately, the form/email I am using does not allow me to attach photos, but I can send them to you as soon as you provide an alternative method (a direct email, a link, or a case number where I can upload them).
Here are the details:The socks I wore do not bleed color.I did not wear the shoes with any clothing that could transfer dye.The blue stains appeared immediately after the first wear.I no longer have the purchase receipt, but I can provide any additional information you may need.
I am concerned that this may be a material or manufacturing issue, and I would like to know:1.If this type of blue staining has been reported before.2.Whether On has an approved cleaning method for this situation.3.If this issue may qualify for a warranty, replacement, or further inspection.

In December 2025, I reviewed my bank statement and noticed I was still being charged for a Cyclon subscription that was started in September 2024 and should have been cancelled in March 2025. As a result, I overpaid for eight months.
I notified customer service (Juan) and he requested that I return the Cyclon shoes before a refund, credit, or replacement could be processed. I returned the pair of shoes using the label that was provided.Please note that on December 12, 2025, Juan confirmed via email that he went ahead and cancelled the subscription.
Again, the Cyclon subscription started on September 9, 2024, and was scheduled to end in March 2025, covering six months. However, I was charged for eight additional months.Now that I have returned the pair of Cyclon shoes, I look forward to a refund of the overpayment amount; yet Juan (Customer Service) sent me an email (1/6/26) that I will not get a credit, refund, or shoes.I need assistance in this matter.evedesigns2@***.comWilliams, H.

Return ripped shoes.

My wife has a pair of sneakers and they the heals of both shoes ripped and when I called to ask what the return policy was, the customer service rep told me that we had to go online and fill out a form, send it in and they would determine if it was her fault or a manufacturer error. When I asked about time frame she said she didnt know.
So she has to send her shoes back that she paid a lot of money for and they arent even guaranteed to get a new pair or a refund. So we went back to buying Brooks because their return policy is so much better.
